Setup, engineering prep, minimum commissioning and mobilisation get priced on every job regardless of size — this is what keeps small jobs from being underquoted. Site roles round up to labour blocks (half-days).

Reference numbering for tenders, projects and sites. These are display-only IDs for people — the system keeps its own stable identity underneath. Set your house style once; every existing reference re-renders to match.
Reference numbering
Pick a type, then set its numbering — each is independent (e.g. 6-digit tenders, 3-digit sites).
The prefix is the type letter (T / P / S) by default — change it to anything, e.g. JOB with a dash separator for JOB-00042. Put a letter in the suffix for styles like 000042_T.
